Terms and Conditions for Prescription Medication Purchases

By purchasing this prescription medication you acknowledge and agree that the following is true and accurate.

• I confirm that my pet was examined by a veterinarian and was issued a valid prescription
• I confirm that I have uploaded a copy of my prescription or that veterinarian as emailed a copy to pharmacy@yourpetpa.com.au
• I understand that I need to post the original, pen-signed prescription unless my veterinarian has email a copy of the prescription to pharmacy@yourpetpa.com.au
