These are dispatched on Monday and Tuesday only to ensure they reach their destination whilst still cold. Repeat Orders (Prescriptions on File)
- Select Your Medication: Locate your pet's medication on our website.
- Choose "Prescription on File": On the product page, select the "Prescription on File" option and provide your pet’s name and family name so our pharmacy team can verify your records.
- Dispatch: Complete your purchase. If you have valid repeats remaining on file, our team will dispatch your order immediately. If your repeats have run out, or if we are still awaiting a previous original script, our customer care team will contact you directly with next steps.
